Born and raised in Southern California, Brooke has always had a passion for design and interiors.
She immersed herself into the design space when moving to Nashville in 2020, where she began flipping houses and staging homes as a Certified Home Stager. Organically, she began to virtually design small spaces and vacation rentals. She then moved back to Orange County in 2023 and honed her design skills as a Lead Designer with a high-end design firm. Brooke understands the intricate balance between functionality and aesthetics. From conceptualization to execution, she works closely with her clients to tailor each project to their unique preferences and needs.
Lorraine “Lola” Carroll is an interior designer who grew up surrounded by creativity in the Artist’s Colony of Laguna Beach, California. Being immersed in the performing arts and fashion from an early age naturally led her to fall in love with architecture and interiors.
She earned her degree from the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, where she discovered a real passion for construction details and building codes. Lola went on to refine her skills as Senior Design Consultant at the U.S. flagship showroom for Porcelanosa, and later served as Design Director at the high-end residential atelier FRANK before partnering with Brooke Nichole Interiors.
Her work is rooted in natural materials and thoughtful, functional design. Above all, Lola values experience—she’s always looking for ways to turn spaces into meaningful moments and lasting memories.
